EXPERT SOURCING
Our specialists search through at least 30 suppliers worldwide to find the best price and quality for your product. Within 2-6 business days, you’ll receive a detailed quote, including lead times and delivery options.
GOLDEN SAMPLE
After you approve the quote, we’ll arrange for a "golden sample" to be created and sent to you. We also keep one in our Quality Department to ensure that your final product matches exactly what was agreed upon.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once you approve the sample, you can place your order and track its progress through our portal. We’ll confirm the order within 24 hours, providing the production date and estimated delivery time.
REAL-TIME PROGRESS MONITORING
Our purchasing team monitors the production process closely and keeps you informed in real time. If possible, we’ll even try to expedite the production schedule to speed things up.
QUALITY CONTROL & ASSURANCE
As production wraps up, our Quality Control team checks random samples from the production run, comparing them with the approved sample to make sure everything meets your exact specifications.
PACKAGING AND SHIPPING
Once everything is perfect, we ensure your product is securely packaged and ready for delivery. We double-check everything at our warehouse to confirm it meets your packaging requirements. If needed, we can store part of your order as safety stock to shorten future lead times.
CLIENT SATISFACTION
